"Trashworld"

Pastor Joel Webbon says we're living in it.

Early last month, Right Response Ministries hosted a 3-day conference in Temple, Texas (about 45 minutes from me) called “Christ is King: How to Defeat Trashworld.” Joel Webbon is the founder and president of Right Response Ministries, and also happens to be the pastor of Covenant Bible Church, which meets in Georgetown (one suburb over from me).

“For anyone in the area who may be looking for a biblical church with a spine, willing to take a stand against the WOKE NONSENSE of the culture and the CIVIL TYRANNY of the state, we would be honored to have you join us in worship of our Lord Jesus Christ,” Covenant’s website landing page states.

Interestingly, Steven and I were invited to check out this church right after we got married. The invitation came from, of all people, our State Farm insurance agent (who is no longer our insurance agent).
